My Life With TMNT Chapter 1 Aliens and Mutants

I stared up into the night sky. Looking at the stars, I remembered that night. The night that changed my life forever.

"Kitty! Get your butt up here and brush your teeth now!",my mom yelled from up stairs. Even though my eyes were glued to the screen, I slowly got off of the computer and went up stairs to brush my teeth. I kept thinking about what I had seen on the computer. Was it true? I shook my head. It couldn't be. When I got up stairs, I saw my mom with her bath robe on and an annoyed look on her face. "I though I told you to get up and get off of that computer a couple minutes ago!",she said. "Sorry!",I apologized to her. She sighed and put her hand on my shoulder. "It's alright. Just brush your teeth and get in bed.",she said. I nodded and got my tooth brush and started brushing. After that, I got in my bed and pulled the sheets over me. I carefully slid the picture of my dad out from underneath my pillow. There he was. Brown haired, blue eyes, a smile that could have killed you. Only 3 months ago he died in a horrible car crash. A drunk guy killed my father with a car. I stared into his eyes. I studied every detail of him. I heard my bed room door open. My mom walked over to me and sat down on my bed. She looked at the picture. "I miss him, too, sweetie.",she said tears welling up in her eyes. "Do you think that God will give him back to us?",I asked, my eyes watering like her's. That was it. She began crying. She hugged me close to her and we both cried together. "I don't know. I just don't know.",she said still hugging me. I knew she did know, though. Dad was never coming back. Ever. She sighed and kissed my head. Then she broke away from the hug. She said good night quietly and left the room leaving me alone to stare at the picture. I felt my eye lids getting heavy. Time to sleep. I layed down and shut my eyes. PEW PEW PEW!!!! What!? I opened my eyes to see what looked like a purple light coming from outside my window. Sounds of some weird gun shots were out there. What the heck was going on!? I quickly got out of my bed and crept towards the window and looked out it. Four large turtle like creatures were fighting.....robots? WITH SQUID BRAINDS IN THEM!? I rubbed my eyes to see if it was just my imagination. It wasn't. Those turtle things were real. And so were the brains. I watched as the 4 weird creatures fought the aliens. Who were the good guys? Them or the aliens? After a couple of minutes, it lookes like the fight ended. I watches as they gave each other high fives. They seemed to be like family. They had to be the good guys. They began to leave. My curiosity grew bigger. "Hey, wait!",I called out. They shuttered and turned around.
